CURLY'S """Gooood Morniiiiing Savusavu....."""   remember / heard of 'Good morning Vietnam' ?  A VHF Marine Radio Information Broadcast 0800 hours Monday - Sat VHF chanel 16 then told to switch to 68.

This Radio Broadcast is an important Independendant Free service for International Cruisers as it is the principle way to obtain information about what is available in Savusavu, and what is happening in Savusavu etc.  It is brought to you all by the people of Savusavu and the Island
Cruising Association and the Seven Seas Cruising Association - Hosted by Curly. There is a full net [Mon/Wed/Fri during the Cruising season / abbreviated net Tues /Thurs and Sat. The full net lasts between 30-50 minutes, abbreviated net 20-30 minutes approx. During the Cyclone season the net lasts for approx 10-15 minutes on an average. The net takes 2-3 hours preparation each day depending on internet speed etc. No one pays to be on the net. It is truly independent, the net is open to anyone who wishes to say anything and contribute anything. Cruisers are encouraged to ask questions or give feedback on services etc.
