1] Marine Weather Forecast; Issued from the National Weather Forecasting Centre Nadi at 5:30am on Sunday the 16th of September 2018 A STRONG WIND WARNING REMAINS IN FORCE FOR FIJI WATERS Situation: A high pressure system to the far south of Fiji directs a fresh to strong east to southeast wind flow over the group. Meanwhile, a trough of low pressure lies slow moving to the southwest of Fiji. It is gradually moving towards the group is expected to affect the country till Monday. Forecast to midnight tonight for Fiji waters: East to southeast winds 20 to 25 knots. Winds gradually easing and becoming easterly later today. Rough seas. Moderate southerly swells. 4] Grib files out 10 days looking for Lows/bad weather that
will effect Savusavu ;-Now we all know Gribs over 4 days are alittle
suspect but Gribs do often indicate possible bad weather there is
little bad weather for Savusavu only some showers..
