5:30am on Sunday the 2nd of August 2020
A STRONG WIND WARNING PREVIOUSLY IN FORCE FOR LAU
AND LOMAIVITI WATERS, KORO SEA, KADAVU AND
VATU-I-RA PASSAGES IS CANCELLED.
Situation: A trough of low pressure approaches the Fiji group
from the west. The associated clouds and showers is expected
to affect the group from today till tomorrow.
Forecast to midnight tonight for Fiji waters: East to northeast
winds 15 to 20 knots. Moderate to rough seas.
Further outlook: Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots. Moderate
seas.

Savusavu today, Some showers especially in the afternoon or
evening. Isolated thunderstorms with heavy falls expected.
Outlook for Monday : Occasional showers. Isolated thunderstorms
with heavy falls expected.
