1] Fiji Marine Weather Bulletin Issued from the National Weather Forecasting Centre Nadi at 5:30am on Sunday the 25th of March 2018 Situation: A trough of low pressure lies just to the northeast of Fiji. It is expected to gradually drift over the group later today. Associated cloud and showers affects the eastern and northern parts of the country. Forecast to midnight tonight for Fiji waters: East to northeast winds 10 to 20 knots. Moderate to rough seas. Moderate southeast swells. Poor visibility in areas of heavy showers and thunderstorms. Further outlook: Northeasterly winds 15 to 20 knots. Moderate to rough seas. Moderate southeasterly swells. 2] Fiji Met's Public Savusavu Bulletin; Savusavu Today; Some showers. And few thunderstorms thunderstorms. Showers becoming frequent today , isolater heavy falls expected.

Now we all know Gribs over 4 days are alittle suspect
but Gribs do often indicate
possible bad weather , On Fri 30 Mar evening there is a low/circular system forming to the west of Fiji, it appears to intensify and moves ESE/SE.On Sat 31 Mar and Sun 01Apr the system will impact Viti Levu with very hvy rain and squally conditions currenty models showing strong winds [ maybe up to45 knots +] the system currently shows once it hit Viti Levu it deflects more to the SE.. For Savusavu we may experience very hvy rain , squally winds up to 40 knots+ over period 01-02 April 2018 MONITOR THIS SYSTEM
